Dr. Jay A. Stone
Dr Jay Stone has been a general dentist with Royal Oak Family Dentistry since October 2003. While working at ROFD, Royal Oak Family Dentistry, he has been able to provide comprehensive dental care that has patients leaving with not only healthy, but confident smiles. He loves being able to serve his community and is dedicated to delivering the best care possible. Dr Jay is experienced in cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatment, removable and fixed prosthetics, extractions and conscious sedation.
After completing his undergraduate studies at Michigan Technological University, Dr Jay attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Before graduating in 2001, he earned the top clinician award from the Academy of General Dentistry. Continuing his education is very important to Dr Jay, he is always looking for new courses in the latest technologies and modern materials. He is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Michigan Dental Association (MDA), and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).
Each year, along with the staff of ROFD, Dr Jay gives back to his community in the form of “Give Kids a Smile Day”. This is a day in which the office opens its doors and gives free dental care to underserved and uninsured local children.
Dr Jay is married and lives in Royal Oak. He enjoys reading, camping and spending his free time with his two beautiful daughters.
