Dr.
Jay Stone
Dr. Jay Stone received his DDS degree from the University
of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2001. He is an active
member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Michigan
Dental Association (MDA), and the Academy of General Dentistry
(AGD). HE graduated in the top 20% of his class. Dr. Jay focuses
his continuing education on cosmetic dentistry, endodontics,
and the use of modern materials and technologies.
Dr. Jay has been with Royal Oak Family Dentistry since
October of 2003. He loves providing dental care to the
community and is dedicated to providing the best care
possible. Each year he provides care for “Give Kids A Smile Day;”
a day of free dental care to undeserved and un-insured
children.
He has been married since 2002 and has lived in Royal Oak
since 2001. He enjoys reading, camping and sports. His daughter,
Taryn, was born in July of 2006

Dr. Robert E. Singer, DDS, MS
Specialist in Orthodontics:
Dr. Robert E. Singer received his D.D.S. degree
with honors from the University of Detroit, School of Dentistry,
in 1969. He was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon,
National Honor Dental Society, Alpha Sigma Nu, National
Jesuit Honor Society and Blue Key, National Honor Fraternity.
After receiving his degree Dr. Singer
attended the University of Michigan and received a Master
of Science degree in Orthodontics. He has been practicing
orthodontics since 1972, when he opened his own practice.
Dr. Singer is an active member of the
Great Lakes Orthodontic Study Club. This unique study club
composed of Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb county orthodontists
meets monthly to discuss current orthodontic concepts and
treatment techniques. In addition, Dr. Singer’s
professional affiliations include the American Association
of Orthodontists as well as local, state, and national
dental societies.

Kok-heng
Chong, DDS, MS, FACP
Board Certified Prosthodontist
Dr. Chong has been practicing dentistry since graduating from
the National University of Singapore Dental School in 1994. Since
then, he obtained his DDS from the University of Detroit Mercy
and was trained in Prosthodontics at Northwestern University
Dental School. He was a Clinical Assistant Professor at Northwestern
University Dental School for 2 years, Clinical Assistant Professor
at University of Michigan Dental School for 4 years and is currently
teaching part-time at the University of Detroit Mercy Dental
School. He became a board certified Prosthodontist in 2004.
Dr. Chong is specialized in treating complex dental conditions
by restoring and replacing missing teeth with partial dentures,
complete dentures, fixed bridges or/and dental implants. He
is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists and
International College of Prosthodontists. His experience in
the field of Prosthodontics enables him to manage difficult
dentures, implants, crown and bridges with ease.

Dr. Orasa Anusaksathien
Specialist in Periodontics:
Dr. Orasa Anusaksathien (Dr. Tim) has
been practicing periodontics and implant dentistry since her
graduation from Harvard Dental School with a certificate in
Periodontology and PhD degree in 1998.
She is a board certified periodontist
from the American Board of Periodontology. In addition,
she previously taught at the University of Michigan at
both the under-graduate and post-graduate levels for four
years.
Dr. Tim’s clinical experiences
cover a variety of periodontal and implant procedures including
clinical crown lengthening, osseous surgery, soft and hard
tissue graft, periodontal plastic surgeries, guided tissue
regeneration and dental implants.
